The brief
The shop sold mostly through Instagram DMs. Orders were tracked in a notebook, sizes went out of stock without anyone knowing, and every sale needed a back-and-forth on WhatsApp.
What we did
We built a store around how their customers already bought: variant-level stock, cash on delivery, and a WhatsApp alert for every order. The catalogue was shot and listed by the same team.
