Using this website

By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. The site describes our services and prices; it does not take payments, and sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything.

Quotes

Every project starts with a written, itemised quote. The quote — not this website — sets out exactly what is included, the price, the payment schedule and the timeline for your project, and it is what we both agree to.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Anything outside the standard builds, such as extra integrations, a multi-vendor store or a mobile app, is quoted up front before work on it starts.

Prices

All prices in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. Domain registration, Shopify themes and plans, Bunny.net streaming and government filing fees are billed at actual. Ad budget is paid directly to Meta or Google. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Where a service is priced as a percentage — Meta and Google ads management is 20% of monthly ad spend, with a minimum of ₹5,000 a month — the percentage applies to the spend in that month.

Payment

The payment schedule is set out in your quote. For the standard e-commerce build it is 50% to start and 50% on launch: the balance falls due only when your store goes live.

Monthly services — presenter video packages, ads management and the SEO retainer — are billed monthly.

What we need from you

We can only deliver on time with what the project depends on: brand assets, product details, business and tax details for invoicing and payment gateways, shipping rules, and timely approvals at each stage. Delays in these move the timeline with them.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us — logos, product photos, copy — and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Ownership and handover

Once the project is paid for, what we build and shoot for you is yours: source code, database, logins, final files and raw footage are handed over. There are no licence fees and no lock-in, and you are free to change host or developer.

Third-party products we set up for you — domains, Shopify themes and plans, hosting, streaming, ad accounts — remain subject to their own providers' terms.

Support

The standard e-commerce build includes 30 days of post-launch support — fixes, tweaks and training after you go live — and two years of hosting. Support for other services is as set out in the quote.

Results

We promise the work, not outcomes we do not control. Ad performance depends on budget, product, market and platform decisions; search rankings depend on factors no agency controls. We do not guarantee sales, returns or search positions, and we report honestly on what the work is moving.

Liability

We take care over everything we deliver, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or the actions of third-party platforms.
