The brief
Classes ran on a mix of YouTube links, Google Forms and a WhatsApp group per batch. Nothing stopped a link being shared, and tracking who had paid took a full-time person.
What we did
A single platform with protected video, timed mock tests with instant results, batch management and online fees — so access follows payment automatically.
